Shipping and Return Info

I make all my organic products by hand without the addition of any chemical additives or preservatives.  Slight variation may occur as a result of small batching.

All products are housed in Miron glass for optimal protection of ingredients from exposure to light (to prevent oxidative rancidity). Furthermore, Miron glass increases the products’ shelf life and prolongs their potency.

My products are shipped in biodegradable, compostable shipping supplies to promote environmental responsibility and accountability.

Shipping

I ship products purchased online typically within 3-5 business days.  If there are unusual circumstances that prevent this timeline I will contact you directly.
 

Refunds

All sales are final.  If you received a damaged item through the mail please contact me first directly (through the form on my contact page) within one week of receiving your item along with a photo of the product and packaging and will I gladly replace it.  Items returned without prior contact with me will not be accepted and items returned to an incorrect address will nullify your refund.  Please follow these directions to facilitate a timely refund.
